Installation Manager

Managing a team of engineers/project manager to provide first line support. Responsible for resolving operational problems and for the day-to-day operation of the team, ensuring that these services are in line with the current and future needs of the business and the client. Fully responsible for P&L together with ensuring compliance to NSI & BAFE requirements. General role information includes: Liaison with administration on project progress, invoicing status & completion dates Analyse Quality and Health and Safety on an ongoing basis Liaise and control Sub-Contractors on site Attend site meetings with Clients (if required) Ensure excellence in customer relations and communication Ensure ongoing compliance with the companies BAFE & NACOSS Audit procedures Management of staff welfare / productivity & required ongoing training, to ensure they are able to work effectively as per their individual job descriptions Maturity and experience to manage at a senior level Sound underst
