A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a RICS or CIOB affiliated Quantity Surveyor with an FM background to join a world famous park and garden attraction in West London.<br/><br/>This an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial manager to to provide commercial and quantity surveying services to the estates of a well respected scientific research institution near Richmond.<br/><br/>This is an interim role running until the new year and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, hit the ground running and operate with little supervision.<br/><br/>Payment to a candidate is up to 42K per annum equivalent.<br/><br/>This role is a combination of site management, service management (tenders, contracts), facilities management, maintenance and refurbishment/new construction.<br/><br/>This role will give the post holder the responsibility and autonomy required to undertake exciting new projects to add value to an established institution.<br/><br/>An experience i
