CIVIL LITIGATION/FAMILY SOLICITOR - LINCOLNSHIRE THE FIRM Our client delivers expert advice in a variety of areas of Law, including Company and Commercial, Civil Litigation and Private Client. Having developed significantly since establishment, they are now looking to add to the team. THE ROLE An opportunity has arisen for a multi-disciplined Solicitor who can offer expertise in both Family Law and Civil Litigation. The role will involve you working closely with clients in both fields. It is expected that you will be a general Civil Litigator, with the experience and skill set to deal with some Employment and Landlord and Tenant matters. This will therefore be an extremely diverse and busy role, comprising of a varied and complex caseload that you will be expected to manage and prioritise effectively and efficiently.
