Reducing risk requires an integrated approach that encompasses both physical and virtual threats and their associated human elements The incumbent serves as the serves as the Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for the Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C;), NPPD, DHS. As a senior member of the management team, the Director, EPM will assume responsibility of the operational performance of CS&C; and its Divisions, assist the Deputy Under Secretary and Assistant Secretary in the aggressive achievement of strategic objectives and performance goals, provide direction and develop and oversee the reporting structure for CS&C;'s Divisions, and participate in developing policy and strategic plans.
