The practice provides legal advice in a variety of services, including agriculture, employment and wills and probate, and can boast an extensive client base. THE ROLE Our client wishes to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive within the Private client department. The successful candidate can look forward to a mixed and challenging caseload of matters that will include: Will drafting; administration of estates; mental capacity issues; tax planning and trust administration. You will be joining a skilled and cohesive team of fee earners and support staff within an established and successful department, and can look forward to excellent career progression and a competitive salary.
