PROBATE EXECUTIVE - KENT An established and successful practice our client is a two-partner practice offering a wide range of legal services including Civil and Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Probate Executive to join our clients` team in Kent. The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, LPAs and EPAs and manage estates in probate from initiation to completion including payments to HMRC. The ideal candidate will be a Legal Executive or working towards membership and able to manage their caseload with minimal supervision. You must be a Lawyer with at least 12 months experience in a similar role. You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
