This Senior Executive Service (SES) position serves as the Director of Communications and Education, and provides executive leadership in collaboration with the Executive Director in overseeing and managing the development and implementation of the various external TSP communications programs; overseeing liaison and communication activities with Federal agencies with regard to human resource and payroll processes that support TSP functions, and supporting associated activities with the agency and participant education and training programs.
