Job Summary:

The FLRA is recognized for its leadership in promoting stable, constructive labor-management relations that contribute to a more effective and efficient government. The FLRA captured the #7 small agency ranking in the 2011 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government, and moved to the #2 ranking in Most Improved Small Agency for 2011.
