THE ROLE An OISC Level 3 immigration adviser is sought to join the firm. You will be advising on a broad range of matters, including: Settlement visas; deportation and removal; emergency injunctions; judicial review; appeals; Asylum and Human rights applications. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have the ambition and drive to strengthen an already thriving and cohesive team of immigration fee earners.
