Test Environments Manager, Surrey

THE TEST ENVIRONMENTS MANAGER will ensure that an appropriate quality of service is delivered and undertake escalation where required. THE TEST ENVIRONMENTS MANAGER will work with IT Delivery Managers and business partners to identify and manage any conflicts for the use of environments, and with Managed Service Providers to ensure code-sets and data are managed appropriately and refreshes are undertaken as required. Act as internal owner for the controlled test environments. THE TEST ENVIRONMENTS MANAGER will be required to create, manage and maintain an Environment Management Plan that ensures IT projects are appropriately scheduled to make effecti
