THE ROLE Our well respected client with an excellent Company Commercial department is looking for a confident individual with 4 years plus PQE to join their team. On offer is the chance to join an expanding practice, which can provide high quality work in all areas of non-contentious company law, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial work. The successful candidate will have good technical skills particularly in relation to MandA and a broad range of corporate transactions.
