They currently have an opportunity for a Support Analyst to join their team in Stirling. The role will involve supporting users remotely and helping with the set up of the Service Desk. You will have some Applications skills, but more importantly be a strong Customer Service person, ideally with experience of setting up a Service Desk, and has ITIL Service Management Foundation as a minimum, Practitioner would be an advantage This role is urgent, please send your cv asap
