This position is located in the Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Pasadena, CA. The mission of EBSA is to assure the security of the retirement, health, and other workplace related benefits of American workers and their families. Each office develops, plans, and implements a general information and education program for the public on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the related health laws; responds to specific inquiries from the public; and provides technical assistance on the rights and obligations of plan participants, beneficiaries, and officials under the law. Relocation costs will not be paid. This position is inside the bargaining unit NCFLL. At least one vacancy may be filled through this vacancy.
